Coast Home Loans Competition to Win a Signed Mariners Grand Final Jersey

1. These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (“Rules“) and apply to the
Coast Home Loans – (“Win a signed Mariners Grand Final Jersey) competition
(“Competition“). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these
Rules.

2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other
matters relating to a Competition, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final, and no
correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Qualifying Entrants
​
3. To qualify to enter the Competition (and thereby become an “Entrant”) you must
meet one of the following criteria – each a (“Qualifying Route”):
(a) you submit a new mortgage enquiry for a residential mortgage to Coast Home
Loans whilst the Competition is running; or
(b) you settle a new mortgage via Coast Home Loans between December 1 2022-
29 February 2024; or
The contact details that you provide on being entered to the Competition (“Entry“)
may be used to contact you in relation to a receipt of a prize, so please make sure
this is correct.

4. Persons entering the Competition must be (and you warrant that you are) 18 years
or over at the time of Entry.
​
5. Coast Home Loans reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where if it has
reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
Competition Entries
​
6. Multiple entries per Entrant are permitted. Dependent on the Qualifying Route by
which the Entrant enters the Competition, they will receive a specified number of
entries – as follows:
(a) submission of a new mortgage enquiry – 1 entry
(b) settling a new mortgage – 50 entries
Entries earned are separate but cumulative. Therefore an entrant who, for example,
submitted a new mortgage enquiry to Coast Home Loans (criteria (a), went on to
secure a new mortgage (criteria (b) would earn 51 entries.

7. Each entry earned via a Qualifying Route provides 1 equal opportunity to win the
Competition. Therefore (taking the example above) an Entrant with 51 entries would
have 51 individual entries placed into the prize draw.
​
8. Entrants must have access to the internet and phone – there is no postal route
available. Competition entries may only be made through the submission of an
Entrant’s details on the Competition website or Coast Home Loans social media
channels.
​
9. There is no purchase requirement or fee to enter the Competition.
Prize and Prize Winner
10. The prize winner will be the Entrant who, in accordance with the rules, meets the
following criteria (“Winning Criteria”):
(a) is a valid Entrant with one or more valid Entries obtained through a
Qualifying Route; and
(b) in the sole but reasonable view of Coast Home Loan is not in breach
of any of the Rules of the
Competition; and
(c) is selected at random as the prize winner in accordance with the
Rules.

11. Where all the Winning Criteria (a –c) have not been met, an Entrant is not eligible
to win the Competition and claim the prize. Where an Entrant has been selected to
be the prize winner through the random draw but is subsequently found to have not
met the Winning Criteria in full, the result of the draw shall be void and a new winner
shall be drawn.

12. There is a single prize, for the winner – consisting of 1 x match jersey worn by
Jason Cummings in the A League Grand final and signed by Jason Cummings. This
match worn verified and signed jersey has been framed. Prize valued at $6,000.
​
13. The Prize has no alternative equivalent and is non-transferable.
​
14. Prize winners will be notified via any reasonable means that Coast Home Loans
in its sole discretion elects to employ. Return of any prize notification as
undeliverable or a failure to reply to claim the prize within 14 working days of
notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
​
15. Confirmation of the awarding of the Prize along with the Competition winner’s
name and relevant personal details may be published on Coast Home Loan’s
promotional material in respect of the Competition and on any Coast Home Loan’s
company website.
​
16. The Prize is awarded at the sole discretion of Coast Home Loans and no prize
will be awarded further to improper actions by or on behalf of any Entrant.
​
17. The winner will be identified and contacted within 7 working days of the close of
the competition.
Data Protection and Publicity
​
18. Any personal data relating to Entrants will not be disclosed to a third party
outside of the Coast Home Loans without the individual’s consent.
​
19. All entrants will be contacted by Coast Home Loans via the details they provide
regarding their mortgage requirements as per the eligibility criteria.
​
20. Where an Entrant has consented to receive marketing communications from
Coast Home Loans they may opt-out at any time by communicating their change in
preference.
